How do you cut cucumbers? Cut it into 1 or 4 pieces. Cut it into half-moon shapes. Cut it diagonally. I tried all 3 ways. I like to cut it diagonally

Put the cucumber slices diagonally in a bowl, add 1T of bay salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Chives that must not be included in seasoned cucumber are good to eat and look good

Cut one onion in half and cut it into pieces

<Making marinade> 2T red pepper powder, 1T minced garlic, 1T soy sauce, 0.5T sesame oil, 1T plum juice, 2T starch syrup, 2T red pepper paste

Why do you add chives later? To prevent the cucumber from getting less seasoned because chives eat a lot of seasoning
