Cut the beef into bite-size pieces and marinate it for a while with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice wine, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little salt, and a little pepper.

Remove the wick from the green onion, shred it, tear the enoki mushroom into strands, and cut it in half. Shred the bell peppers, too.

Spread seasoned rice on top of gimbap laver, put bulgogi on it, and roll it up.

Cut the green onion in half, take out the wick, stack it, and shred it in the longitudinal direction.
