Soak red beans in water for five to six hours. Red beans floating on the water are spoiled, so take them out and throw them away. Add water to soak the soaked red beans and turn off the heat when it boils over high heat. When you boil red beans, you have to leave the lid open so that it doesn't smell like red beans. Remove the boiled red beans and rinse them under running water. The saponin in red beans can cause stomachache, so you have to boil it before cooking.

Put the boiled red beans and 1L of water in a pot, and when it boils over high heat, reduce it to medium heat and boil it for about 30 minutes to make the red beans soft. Remove the foam that rises while boiling from time to time. You have to boil it with the lid open from beginning to end so that it doesn't smell like red beans.

Wash glutinous rice three or four times and soak it for about an hour.

Add 1L of water to the boiled red beans.

Please put in the soaked glutinous rice.

Stir over high heat until boiling. All kinds of porridge have to be stirred until it boils to become delicious porridge.

When it boils, turn it down to medium heat and simmer stirring occasionally.

After boiling and drying, put 400ml of water into the powdered red bean powder and fold it well.
Boiled red bean powder can be easily bought on the Internet.

Pour in the folded red bean powder when the glutinous rice is almost cooked.

Cook over medium-low heat until the rice grains spread.

Season with salt. I put 0.7 spoons of salt, so it was enough.
