Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put a small amount of kelp in 1 liter of water for about 30 minutes (in cold water)

Making soy sauce after induction Brewing soy sauce 100ML Mirim large sake 1 cooking wine 2 small amount of Katsuobushi (if there is no Katsuobushi seasoning O)

How to make sauce -> Put the above seasoning in a pot, boil it once over low heat, put the katsuobushi, turn off the heat, and filter out the katsuobushi in 5-10 minutes.
Add 50ml of water to 100ml of soy sauce (2:1 ratio)->Dilute and pour it on the tofu.

Place tofu in a pot and pour water (1 liter) over medium heat with a little salt. When the water boils, turn it down to low heat (don't boil tofu) and turn off the heat for about 45 seconds, then put sliced raw radish, ground ginger, and green onion on top and pour the soy sauce, and it's done!
You can also eat raw egg rice, sashimi, and raw fish over rice with soy sauce!
