This is fresh kimchi that I made last summer. It's good to make it when you want something sour. The vinegar I used (Costco) is too sour, so you have to add less than Korean vinegar.

Please soak the seaweed for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the ingredients while the seaweed is soaking!

Chop the garlic and slice the onions thinly.
STEP 4/4
Squeeze the well-fired seaweed well and mix it with the seasonings. Don't put too much seasoning at once, and it's good to find the taste you like by adding a little bit. I liked putting a lot of sesame seeds because it was savory.
