I prepared ingredients to make sweet pumpkin spam tuna jjageul.

I prepared beef broth. It's better to cool the beef broth and leave it in the refrigerator and remove the white oil on top.

Chaesu is the water that boiled vegetables. You can use anchovy kelp broth or coin broth instead of beef broth and water, or you can add plain water.

Put tuna cans in a pot without losing fat and mash spam with sanitary gloves on. If you crush spam, it becomes more delicious jjageuri than cutting it and putting it in.

Add 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoon of perilla powder, 2 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoon of cooking wine. If you like spicy food, add an extra tablespoon of red pepper powder.

Add 200ml of beef broth and 400ml of water and season with tuna liquid. When I put in 1 tablespoon of tuna, the seasoning was perfect.

When it boils over high heat, add sweet pumpkin and when the sweet pumpkin is half cooked, add onion.

Add tofu and leeks. I put it in earlier because it was a green onion that was frozen. Frozen green onions cook slowly. Add fresh green onion ramen at the end.
