How to prepare abalone, steamed abalone, and raw abalone

Then place the stainless steaming machine and place the trimmed abalone on it. Now, close the lid and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

When I opened the lid after 15 minutes, the abalone was steamed well. The color is a little yellowish and ripe.

Cooked abalone is easily removed from the shell when you put the spoon in. Flip to remove abalone guts and abalone teeth.

We don't eat abalone intestines, but if you're also eating abalone intestines, put the removed abalone intestines together and steam them again in a steamer for another 5 minutes. It's the intestines, so I recommend you cook it a little more.
