Please prepare the spicy stir-fried eel ingredients.

Chop the onions

Slice 4 whole garlic pieces

Cut the green onion into two slices.

Slice Cheongyang red pepper sideways to add spicy taste.

Cut the eel into bite-sized pieces

I'll make the sauce
4T of water / 2.5T of red pepper powder / 2T of sugar
2T cooking wine / 1T soy sauce / 2T minced garlic
2T red pepper paste / A little bit of pepper powder / 1T sesame oil
Add the sauce on top and mix it well to make the sauce

Stir-fry the roasted garlic and ginger in an oiled pan.

Add the sliced eel and stir-fry.
STEP 10/13
Stir-fry until the eel is slightly yellowish
STEP 11/13
The eel is almost fried.
Add 2/3 of the prepared sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 12/13
Stir-fry the eel in the sauce first, then stir-fry the sliced onions, green onions, and cheongyang peppers.

Spicy stir-fried eel is done. I just need to eat it deliciously
- If you're going to grill eel, it tastes better when it's slightly yellowish
- Don't put all the sauce in at once and add it when you taste it
