Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Soak rice cake in water for at least 10 minutes.
STEP 2/10
When the rice cake is all swollen, rinse it once or twice, then put a little cooking oil in the frying pan and fry it over medium heat. The rice cake needs to be soft.

Stir-fry the sausage in a frying pan for a minute or two. Please add a little cooking oil at this time, too.

Place rice cake and sausage alternately on skewers.
