Wash bok choy thoroughly, shake off the water, and cut the end of the stem in half or 1/4 of the big one

After defrosting the frozen shrimp, wipe off the water and season it with pepper

Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and cooking sugar

Mix 1 tbsp starch with 4-5 tbsp water

Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a heated pan and stir-fry chopped green onions and garlic to create a flavor

Add shrimp and stir-fry it. When it's cooked

Add bok choy and red pepper for garnish, pour the sauce, and stir-fry it quickly over high heat for about a minute

When bok choy is out of breath, add starch water little by little and stir-fry it
STEP 9/10
Turn off the heat and mix 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
STEP 10/10
Put it on a plate and it's done
