STEP 1/3
I bought Ottogi Kimchi Ramen because I haven't tried it with my son. It's more cost-effective than other ramen. There is no special powder soup, but there are ingredients in the powder soup
STEP 2/3
When the water boils, add the noodles and add the octopus, mushroom and green onion about 3 minutes later. Cook octopus quickly within a minute because it becomes tough when it is boiled for a long time. If you put 2 octopus in 1 ramen, it's half noodles and half octopus. I also put in a lot of shiitake mushrooms that have a chewy texture and a good scent. I added a refreshing feeling with the green onions. I don't know the original taste of ramen with this and that, but it has been upgraded to a high-end ramen

Do you use a timer when you cook noodles? I recommend using it. When I prepare for this and that, time goes by really quickly. You have to boil it for about 30 seconds less than the recipe says to make it firm
