Spicy Songtan-style budae jjigae super simple recipe
There is a U.S. military unit nearby, so I recreated the taste of Songtan budae jjigae, which is famous for budae jjigae. I sometimes cook it at home because I can't forget the taste of the aunts sitting on the side of the kitchen and chopping ham at Songtan Budae jjigae restaurant that I used to visit a lot in the past.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Shred the ham and cut the sausage diagonally. And scoop the spam into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.

Chop the onions and green onions.

Prepare garlic by chopping it yourself. And put ham, sausage, and spam on the bottom of the hot pot first and put them in the order of onions and green onions as if they are covered with a blanket. Then, fill the broth to the point where the ingredients are submerged.

Combine the amount of seasoning ingredients in a bowl.

Place the above mixed seasoning on top of the ingredients in a hot pot, cover and bring to a boil over high heat.

When the pot starts to boil, open the lid and add the minced garlic.

Add minced garlic and simmer for another 5 minutes. If you eat it while boiling, the taste of the soup gets deeper and better.
You have to shred the ham and vegetables, and the more green onions and onions you put in, the better. It is important not to mix minced garlic with seasoning, but to put it in when the soup boils later.
