It's a simple stir-fried potato with side dishes for one or two meals. At first, I ate the liver as usual, and it became a little bland as it got cold later, but I ate it about three times as a side dish.(I usually cook bland, so please taste it at the end and add the seasoning to suit your taste.)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Peel the potatoes, rinse them in running water, and slice them into 2-3mm thicknesses.

Prepare 31g of carrot by cutting it in a similar thickness to a potato and cutting 4g of chives.
STEP 3/11
Put 600ml of water and 0.5 tablespoons of thick salt in a pot and boil water over high heat. (If you blanch potatoes in salt water before frying them, they will become hard and will not break, and the time to stir-fry can be shortened.)

When the water boils, add the shredded potatoes and toss.

Put the potatoes in and toss them, and when the water boils, turn off the gas heat, transfer it to a strainer, rinse the potatoes in running water, and put them out of water.
STEP 6/11
Put potatoes and 3 tablespoons of grape seed oil in a frying pan and leave it for a while over medium heat.
STEP 7/11
If you wait with the heat on, stir-fry the potatoes for about 1 minute when the pan starts to crackle.
STEP 8/11
Stir-fry potatoes for about 1 minute, then add 31g of shredded carrots and stir-fry them over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the carrots are cooked.
After some time, taste the potatoes and carrots to see if they are cooked and season them.

When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, add 0.25 tablespoons of salt and stir-fry them. If they are bland, add salt to season them.(Personally, I kept it in the refrigerator, but after eating the stir-fried potatoes, it became bland than usual, so please add a little more than 0.25 tablespoons of salt.)

When seasoned, add 4g of chopped chives and turn off the gas stove. (If you don't have chives, it doesn't matter if you add green onions.)

Lastly, sprinkle pepper and sesame seeds and toss them to complete the recipe for stir-fried potatoes.^^
Please note that even if it is cumbersome to stir-fry potatoes, blanch them in hot water once and stir-fry them to make them hard and less brittle. Please note that grinding a whole pepper in a grinder adds to the flavor of stir-fried potatoes.(Personally, I added regular pepper) Add various ingredients such as spam and bacon and stir-fry them with potatoes.
