STEP 1/13
It's the leftover grilled tripe. I will make delicious fried rice and burrito with this.
STEP 2/13
Chop gopchang, chicken breast ham, and onion into small pieces. You can use spam instead of chicken breast ham.
STEP 3/13
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add onions, ham, green onions, and minced garlic. I also put in a tablespoon of sugar. Stir-fry onions to make them transparent.
STEP 4/13
Push the ingredients to one side, add 3 tablespoons of thick soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, boil it, and stir-fry it for 2 more minutes.
STEP 5/13
Turn off the heat and add 3 bowls of cold rice and mix well. Turn it on medium heat and put in gopchang. Stir-fry it for a minute.
STEP 6/13
Reduce heat to low and let stand for 2 minutes. Then the rice will be slightly pressed. Turn it over and let it rest for 2 minutes. If you toss it and leave it for 2 minutes, the rice grains will turn golden and taste like fire.
STEP 7/13
Lastly, put pepper on it and mix it together to make fried rice taste like fire. Even if you don't have gopchang, you can make it taste like fire by using any fried rice or this method.
STEP 8/13
Melt half a tablespoon butter over low heat and add egg water and 1 cheddar cheese. For the egg mixture, add 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of Tsuyu and mix them well. After 30 seconds, stir it and make scrambled eggs.
STEP 9/13
I cut the string cheese into small pieces. I didn't have mozzarella cheese, so I replaced it with string cheese.
STEP 10/13
I put fried rice, string cheese, and cheddar cheese on a tortilla 20 centimeters in diameter and wrapped it in tortilla.
STEP 11/13
Wrap it with parchment paper and you're done with a delicious burrito!
STEP 12/13
It tastes better with grilled tripe fried rice and cheese scrambled eggs.
STEP 13/13
I think burritos are good for simple lunch boxes.
I made fire-flavored fried rice and burritos with the leftover grilled tripe.
