Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Preheat pan to medium low heat, add oil and salt and mix evenly.
STEP 2/10
Add corn for popcorn and stir-fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
STEP 3/10
Add butter, melt and stir-fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
STEP 4/10
Lower the heat to low, cover the lid, and in about a minute and a half, the popcorn starts to pop.
STEP 5/10
Move the pan in the middle so that it can be fried evenly.
STEP 6/10
If popcorn doesn't move anymore (about a minute and a half), you can open the lid. Transfer popcorn to a bowl and cool it down.
STEP 7/10
Preheat pan over low heat, add butter and melt.
STEP 8/10
Add Monk Fruit Sweetener and Allulose and mix.
STEP 9/10
Simmer while stirring for about 3 minutes.
STEP 10/10
Mix 9 sauces into 6 popcorns.
Pesticide-free corn has less fungal toxins and is said to be a better ingredient than grains. Monk Fruit Sweetener is for caramel coloring, so you can use other alternative sweeteners that are stable for blood sugar.
