Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the radish into half-moon pieces
STEP 2/6
Mix the sauce in advance and prepare
(2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oligosaccharide, 1 tablespoon of sugar,
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little bit of pepper)
STEP 3/6
Put a handful of medium anchovies in a dry pan and stir-fry them over medium heat, and cool them down
STEP 4/6
Place radish in a pan and add 1 cup of rice water and bring to a boil
When it starts to boil, add the sauce, close the lid, and cook over medium low heat for 10 minutes

Turn the radish over and cook for another 5 minutes with the lid closed

Put in the anchovies and cook it while pouring the soup
