Red onions are sweeter than regular onions. I'm only going to use the red onion skin.

Prepare one regular onion and one red onion each and only prepare the skin.

Soak 2 tablespoons of vinegar in cold water for about 10 minutes and wash it three or four times.

It's more savory because it's round than when the onion skin is boiled. A round tea bag is a godsend. Leave it for two to three days.
Don't eat on an empty stomach. If you have a bad kidney because it contains a lot of potassium, don't eat it.
