Put the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Mix sugar and salt evenly to dissolve.

Wash lettuce and drain.

Cut bagels in half and make 2 sheets.(I'm for kids, so I've only used half but please use all one.) Bread, baguette, bagel, sourdough, ciabatta, croissant, any one would be good.

Bake eggs and ham until golden.
(Eggs are cooked half-cooked according to preference.)

The bread is also baked in a pan as if it is warm.
STEP 7/11
Spread the sauce on one side of the bread.

Stack lettuce, eggs, ham, and cheese in order.

They even cover the bread well.
STEP 10/11
Wrap tightly with plastic wrap to prevent the spread of bread from flowing down.
STEP 11/11
Cut it into bite-size pieces and eat it when it's warm.
If you cut it as it is, the filling will be full and it will flow down, so if you don't have a wrap, fix it with a toothpick and cut it. If you don't have a bagel, any kind of bread is good.
