Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
It is said that boiling fish cakes in hot water like spam or ham will wash away a lot of additives.

I mix 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. If you don't have chili oil, you can add cooking oil.

Add a tablespoon of garlic and green onion to make garlic and green onion oil.
When you make green onion oil, it's good to use the white part, but I only have green, so I used the green part.

When it smells like green onions and garlic, add fish cake and stir-fry it.

Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder.

I put in 2 tablespoons of cheongyang red pepper paste. It was really spicy. If it's spicy, add only 1 tablespoon.

I added 2.5 tablespoons of oligosaccharide because it was spicy. If you don't have cheongyang red pepper, increase the amount of oligosaccharide and add the cheongyang red pepper.
