Steamed chili peppers in the microwave
Autumn hasn't come yet. It's really hard to cook in front of the fire because the weather is hot, but I think it's good to cook something simple. You can cook steamed kkari peppers in the microwave. When you steam it, you can steam it in a steamer with flour, but it's better to cook it without fire in the hot summer. Let's make the simple braised spicy pepper together.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Peel the top of the pepper. Wash it several times and remove the water. Don't forget to disinfect with vinegar or baking soda. If the pepper is big, you can cut it in half and cook it.

Put the washed pepper in a plastic pack with a bit of water and shake it with 1 tablespoon of flour. Shake the pepper to coat it with enough flour, don't tie the plastic pack too tightly, turn it round and microwave for about 2 minutes. Turn it upside down for a minute, turn it upside down for a minute. If the pepper is big, cook it for 4 minutes. If you prefer crunchy texture or soft pepper, 2 minutes is enough.
STEP 3/4
Please make the sauce. Add red pepper powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame salt, sesame oil, and chopped green onions and make the sauce. Steamed kkari peppers made in the microwave are simpler and more delicious than I thought.
STEP 4/4
Microwave the kkari peppers in a large bowl and mix them with the sauce. Cooking without fire is very simple. Kkari peppers go well with stir-fried anchovies, but steamed kkari peppers with sauce are also attractive.
