[Camping dish / side dishes] Steamed mussel (feat. tomato)

    500g
  • cherry tomato
    5ea
  • Garlic
    2ea
  • onion
    1/6ea
  • olive oil
    2T
  • White wine
    50ml
  • peperoncino
    5ea
  • Water
    1cup
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Mussels beard, add salt and wash well (to the point where the skin doesn't slippery
STEP 2/6
Chop the onion, slice the garlic, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half
STEP 3/6
Put olive oil in a pot and add chopped onion, sliced garlic, and pepperoncino and wait over low heat until garlic flavor comes up
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry cherry tomatoes in half
STEP 5/6
Add mussels and stir-fry well, then add white wine, raise the heat, blow away the alcohol slightly, add 1C of water (full of 1 paper cup) and close the pot lid
STEP 6/6
When the lid of the mussel is opened, open the pot lid and sprinkle pepper, season the mussel soup before adding salt
Steamed mussel goes well with white wine!
