Slice an onion thinly.

Please shred about 10 perilla leaves. If you have vegetables such as carrots and cabbages at home, you can prepare them together.

Prepare the sauce according to the recipe for the stir-fried sundae sauce above and mix it well to make the sauce.

Use soondae in a cold refrigerated state. That's how the sundae doesn't explode.Cut the sundae into bite-sized pieces, but if you cut it too thin, the sundae will burst, so cut it into appropriate sizes. The amount of sundae is 500G.

Grease the pan and stir-fry the onions first.
If you prepare other ingredients except green onions and perilla leaves, you can stir-fry them together.

When the onions are golden brown, add the sundae and stir-fry together.

When the sundae is cooked, add the sliced green onions.

Then, add 2/3 of the sauce and mix it well. If you put all the sauce at once, the seasoning might be strong, so you can add about two-thirds of it first and then add it.

Add perilla leaves if stir-fried enough to mix the seasoning and sundae well.

And if you don't have enough seasoning, add the remaining sauce. I put all the sauce I made, so it was perfect.

And add about 1T of perilla oil.

They put perilla seed karu to my taste, but I put in 2T.
