Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Boil the water, salt, and sugar in the dough, pour it into the flour, and mix it quickly.
STEP 2/8
Add flour, sugar, yeast, milk, and dough, knead for 10 minutes, then add butter and knead for 3-5 minutes.

Make the dough round and first ferment for about an hour until it grows 2.5 times larger.

Beat in the cream cheese, mix the rest of the filling, and refrigerate.

Divide dough into 8 pieces, circle and ferment for 15 minutes.

Press the dough flat and use Hera to wrap the filling.

Put starch on top and pan it, then ferment it for about 40 minutes until the bread doubles.
STEP 8/8
Bake in a preheated oven at 155 degrees for 14 to 16 minutes.
Remove butter and cream cheese at room temperature and use them in a soft state.
