STEP 1/6
Place a kitchen towel or paper foil on a tray and sprinkle salt and pepper on the front and back of the beef.
STEP 2/6
Chop chives into egg mixture and garnish.
Prepare the red pepper by cutting it as thin as possible (it will be shaped, so it can be omitted)
STEP 3/6
Add 1 teaspoon of salt and half a handful of leeks to 7 eggs and mix.
STEP 4/6
Rub flour or pancake flour on beef sprinkled with salt and pepper.
STEP 5/6
When the pan is heated with cooking oil, soak the beef with egg water and cook it. Turn over and quickly coat and decorate with egg wash.
STEP 6/6
Place chives and red pepper on top before the second coated egg is cooked (after changing to low heat).
Cook it back and forth, but you have to turn the red pepper over right away to make the color pretty.
To decorate the red pepper, the color is pretty when you put the egg mixture on it for the second time, put the red pepper on top before the egg is cooked, and turn it upside down as soon as the red pepper sticks.
