STEP 1/9
Remove the blood from the meat first.
Dip pork in cold water for more than 2 hours to remove blood.
STEP 2/9
Put 5 garlic, 10 whole peppers, 1/4 onions, and 1 green onion in a pot. When the water starts to boil, add all the pork ribs and blanch for 10 minutes. It removes the smell.
STEP 3/9
Please prepare radishes and carrots in a round shape rather than a square shape. This prevents the ingredients from breaking and makes the soup clean
STEP 4/9
Please make the sauce. 16 tablespoons of soy sauce, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1/4 tablespoons of pepper, 1 tablespoons of sesame oil
STEP 5/9
Wash the blanched ribs in cold water to remove moisture, and cut them two or three times so that the seasoning can be cut well.
STEP 6/9
Place pork ribs in a pressure cooker or skillet, add 4 cups of water and 2/3 of the sauce, and mix well. Add vegetables, too.
STEP 7/9
Cover the pressure cooker and simmer over high heat for about 5 minutes. When the pressure cooker starts to turn further, cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Then, turn off the heat and wait for the pressure cooker to drain. After the pressure cooker to drain, open the lid and boil down over high heat
STEP 9/9
Turn it upside down so that it doesn't burn and boil it down
When the soup is boiled down, turn off the heat,
Cool slightly and place on a plate
