STEP 1/12
I prepared a pack of frozen frozen taejeon. I prepared two flavored peppers, salt, pepper, and eggs. It's not in the picture, but we're also preparing a cup of pancake mix.

I bought a frozen and frozen pack. When defrosting the frozen freeze, defrost it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Place a kitchen towel on top of the thawed pollack.
Raise it up one by one and press it with a kitchen towel.
After about 5 minutes, the water in Dongtaejeon is drained.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Beat in two eggs.

Slice the red pepper thinly, too.

We're going to prepare the pancake mix.

Coat seasoned pollack with pancake mix.
I'm going to make Dongtae jeon.

Sprinkle two wheels of cooking oil and add 1 spoon of perilla oil.

Put the egg on the pollack pancake and fry it in a frying pan.
STEP 11/12
If you put the sliced peppers on top and fry them until they're golden, you're done making Dongtaejeon that doesn't break.
STEP 12/12
Turn it upside down until it's golden and it's delicious.
