STEP 1/9
Starting now, 5 minutes!
Bring water to a boil in a pot over high heat. When the water boils, change it to medium heat.
STEP 2/9
Sprinkle noodles in half and boil them!
STEP 3/9
I boiled it for 3 minutes and 30 seconds because I like soft food rather than chewy.
STEP 4/9
Rinse the noodles in cold water
STEP 5/9
Drain for a moment, please.
STEP 6/9
Place 1 baby spoon of sesame oil over low heat!
You have to speed up from now on!!
STEP 7/9
Beat the beaten eggs quickly as if scrambled!
STEP 8/9
Add the boiled noodles and stir-fry them with the egg before the egg is completely cooked!
STEP 9/9
It's done!
The long stretch of noodles is always fun for babies^^
The taste is light and savory. The texture is soft, so it's easy for the baby to eat.
Roll it up with a fork and give it to the baby! The baby takes it to his mouth and eats it really well :)
Babies who are allergic to egg whites (including my baby) can only use egg yolks :)
The noodles get soggy quickly, so rather than making them in advance, I recommend making them just before the baby eats them!
