If you fold three sheets of rice paper in layers, you will make rice cakes with a chewy texture than rice tteokbokki. Add string cheese and perilla leaf or slice cheese to your liking.

If you put various ingredients according to your taste, your own Vietnamese spring rolls tteokbokki will be made.

Stir-fry 1.5 tablespoons of red pepper paste in 2 tablespoons of tteokbokki seasoning oil for 1 minute, then add 1 tablespoon of starch syrup, 400ml of water, and boil it down.

Boil it for 10 minutes and boil it down when the seasoning is right. Add fish cake according to your preference. When the soup becomes small, add the spring rolls tteokbokki prepared. Put in the thickest one first.

Rice paper cooks quickly and is easy to tear, so all you have to do is boil it for three to four minutes after the seasoning is complete.

Put the perilla leaf garnish on it and it's done.
The combination of various cheese and perilla leaves in the rice paper is good. It is a Vietnamese spring roll tteokbokki that is more chewy and softer than regular tteokbokki tteokbokki.
