How to enjoy natto. Nato salad
I wanted to eat various salads in the morning, so I was reading a cookbook and saw natto salad. I've never thought about eating natto on a salad, but I thought it wouldn't be bad, so I made it. It's nice to be able to eat natto in a different way!

  • Soy sauce

  • lemon juice

  • Honey
    0.5TS
  • olive oil

  • Salt

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
I'll make plum extract soy sauce dressing.
Add 2 tablespoons of plum extract, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 0.5 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, a little bit of salt and pepper and mix well.
STEP 2/3
Stir the natto with chopsticks until it has sticky threads and place it on the salad.
STEP 3/3
Put natto on top of salad vegetables and sprinkle dressing to complete a healthy and simple breakfast.
