The best recipe for stir-fried spicy pork
My wife really likes it, so I always make stir-fried spicy pork not only at home but also when I go camping. It's not salty even if you eat meat alone, so it's so delicious and it's the best if you fry rice after leaving a little bit at the end.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Mix 1 g of pork forelimb (600g) with 2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sugar well and marinate for a while while making the sauce.

Make a sauce with 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide (starch syrup), 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.

Cut the carrots this much. (If you like it, you can add more.)

Chop one onion. (0.5cm thick)

Cut 1/2 zucchini in half and then cut it. The zucchini in spicy pork is very delicious.

Wash 20 perilla leaves and cut them.

(To give you a tip, I'm going to cook on high heat from start to finish. If you have griddle at home, I recommend cooking with griddle rather than regular coating pan. When cooking, it doesn't produce water and makes it deliciously.)

Add 600g of marinated forelimbs and stir-fry. High heat

Stir-fry the meat until it is 80 percent cooked. Refer to the photo

Add the prepared seasoning to it, mix and cook to 100%

You have to cook it over high heat from start to finish. If you cook it in a griddle, it doesn't produce water and tastes better. It's good to add chili peppers at the endMake sure to make fried rice with the leftover seasoning and meat
