Soak chicken in rice water for at least 30 minutes It's useful for removing odors

Soak 1 handful of glass noodles in lukewarm water for at least 30 minutes

Prepare potatoes, carrots, onions, green onions, and peppers in good sizes.

Wash the chicken that was soaked in rice water

Add the slanted green onion, 1 cheongyang pepper, and soaked glass noodles, close the lid, and boil it for another 2 minutes and 30 seconds to complete the jjimdak.
