STEP 1/11
Put 4-5 pieces of kelp in 500ml of cold water and boil it for about 10 minutes.
STEP 2/11
I prepare vegetables.
As the amount and type of vegetables are decided, you can prepare them according to your preference or refrigerator situation.
Cut the cabbage into 4-5cm pieces so that it's easy to eat, and cut the green onion into 4-5cm pieces.
Chop the onion and shiitake mushrooms, remove the bottom of the enoki mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, and tear them with your hands.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water and make a cross shape to make them look good.
STEP 3/11
Cut the tofu into appropriate sizes, place it on a kitchen towel to remove moisture, put a little oil on the frying pan, and bake it until golden brown back and forth.
STEP 4/11
Use a kitchen towel to remove the blood and cut the beef into 2~3 pieces to make it easy to eat.
STEP 5/11
I make sukiyaki sauce simply using tsuyu.
Add 8 tablespoons of tsuyu, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of mirin, and 2 tablespoons of sugar to 300ml of kelp and stir well to dissolve the sugar.
At this time, the liver should be moderately salty and slightly sweet.
Season Japanese dishes with tsuyu.
STEP 6/11
Now that we're done preparing, we're going to put it in a hot pot, pour #Sukiyaki sauce, and boil it.
If you stir-fry meat and vegetables and boil them, the soup will taste deeper and better than just boiling them.
Grease a heated frying pan with a little cooking oil and grill the meat first.
STEP 7/11
When the surface of the meat is cooked to a certain extent, add a little bit of shredded onion, cabbage, and green onion and stir-fry quickly over high heat to prevent water from forming.
I didn't put all the vegetables in Sukiyaki, but I added a little bit to make it smell good.
STEP 8/11
Prepare a hot pot pan and put the soaked glass noodles on the bottom
STEP 9/11
Put the stir-fried meat and vegetables on top.
Add plenty of vegetables and roast tofu.
Instead of glass noodles, I put silgon medicine.
I used mung bean glass noodles soaked in hot water.
It's good that it doesn't blow well.
And don't put all the vegetables in at once, but put them in additionally while eating.
STEP 10/11
Pour in the sauce.
Don't put all the sauce in at once. When it boils up, eat the meat and vegetables together and if it's not enough, add more.
If you dip it in egg yolk, it's savory and it's a delicacy.
STEP 11/11
It's good to put it on the table and boil it slowly while eating slowly.
As the vegetables ripen, the water comes out, making the soup taste cooler and deeper.
When it gets salty while boiling, add more kelp water.
As I ate it, I thought, "Isn't this a diet food?" But on this day, I put rice in the remaining soup and broke an egg and boiled porridge.
Diet starts tomorrow
There's not much to make sukiyaki just by preparing the ingredients, so make sure to make it.
