Cooking Steps

Pork belly rice: soy sauce, starch syrup, salt, pepper
Red pepper paste pork belly rice: soy sauce, red pepper paste, minced garlic, sugar, red pepper powder, plum juice
STEP 2/5
Grill the pork belly first and add the sauce when it's cooked properly
STEP 3/5
Cut the cooked pork belly into bite-size pieces and cook it over low heat.. It's better to cook until there's some sauce left. Depending on your preference, you can pour it in
