making short ribs/grilled pork back ribs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare pork back ribs. It's shredded ribs.
STEP 2/9
It's important to drain the blood first. If you add plenty of cold water and add 2 tablespoons of soju or refined rice wine and 2 tablespoons of sugar, the blood will drain well. Then rinse it three or four times to remove the water.

Put 1.5L of water in a pot and add pork back ribs. Add green onion and 2 tablespoons of soju. Cheongju is okay, too. Boil 20 whole peppers and 4 bay leaves in a tea bag for about 20 minutes.

Rinse the boiled back ribs in cold water, remove the oil again, and then drain them with a sieve.
STEP 5/9
Grilled back ribs are made with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soybean milk, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little ginger powder, a little pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Noduyu is Chinese soy sauce. It has caramel in it, so it gives off a strong color.

Marinate the ribs for 30 minutes with only 1/3 of the seasoning.
STEP 7/9
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and cook the marinated back ribs, then add the remaining seasoning and boil it down.

If you add soybean milk, the color comes out deliciously.

You can skip the sesame seeds.
