Boil kelp in 1L of water for more than 10 minutes.

Soak beef in water to drain the blood.

Cut oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces, and chop the soaked bracken into large pieces about 5cm long.

Stir-fry cooking oil, sesame oil, red pepper powder, and green onion in a pot over low heat.

When the green onion is cooked, stir-fry the meat.

Stir-fry the meat, then add soy sauce and stir-fry more.

When the meat is cooked, add bean sprouts, oyster mushrooms, and bracken and stir-fry it again.

Pour the kelp water into the stir-fried ingredients, add salt and pepper, and boil it for a while.

Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, then add minced garlic and green onions and boil one more time.

Beat in the egg and finish.
