I made a really rich and savory bracken yukgaejang. I made it more delicious by adding my own tip to the local food of Jeju Island, bracken yukgaejang. I think it would be good to make it on the end of the year and eat it with the children.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
1, 2) Soak dried bracken in water for one day.
Change the water three or four times in the middle.
3) Pour plenty of water into the pot to soak bracken and simmer over high heat for an hour.
Turn off the heat and leave it for two hours to make the bracken softer.
4) Remove bracken and rinse in cold water.
STEP 2/14
Cut bracken into 5 centimeters long, please.
STEP 3/14
1, 2) Soak dried radish greens in water for a day.
Change the water three or four times in the middle.
3) Pour water into the pot and add 3 tablespoons of vinegar to soak the soaked dried radish greens.
4) When it boils over high heat, boil it over medium heat for an hour.
Turn off the heat and leave it for 2 hours to make the dried radish greens smoother.
This boiled dried radish leaves become soft and you don't have to peel them.
Rinse the boiled dried radish greens in water.

Cut the dried radish greens into 5 centimeters long.

Beef for the soup is prepared in Yangji.
1) Dip the meat in cold water for an hour to drain the blood.
Change the water twice in the middle.
2) Pour water to soak the bloodless beef and boil it over high heat.
When it boils, turn off the heat and remove the meat and wash it once.
3, 4) Pour 2L of water into the washed meat and boil over high heat until the meat is tender over medium heat.
After boiling it for about an hour, it got soft.
STEP 6/14
Remove the boiled meat and tear it to the grain.

1) Wash bean sprouts twice and drain on a strainer tray.
2) Pour water into a pot over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of salt and bean sprouts when it boils.
3) Turn off the light immediately after you turn it over.
4) Put the bean sprouts in a strainer and rinse them under running water.
STEP 8/14
Put bracken, radish greens, beef in a large pot and add 4 tablespoons of buckwheat flour, 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper, and 3 tablespoon of minced garlic.
It's better to grind sesame seeds finely.
You can add flour instead of buckwheat flour.
STEP 9/14
Mix the ingredients well together.
It's better if you don't mix it together and mix it vigorously.

Pour 1L of beef broth and 1L of beef bone broth.
You can use commercially available broth for beef bone broth.
