An upgraded version of soy sauce egg rice

  • perilla oil

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I added perilla oil. Add cooking oil or perilla oil and peel 4 eggs.
STEP 2/7
Just put it around like scrambled eggs.
STEP 3/7
When you scramble the egg white and feel that it's 80% cooked, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. It's supposed to be 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, but it's too salty for me.

Now turn off the heat and stir until the yolk is scrambled together.

The fire was a bit strong earlier, so there are parts that are overcooked like fried eggs, but it's okay. It's soft.

Now I'm done. Pour it into the rice.

You don't have to sprinkle parsley, but it was delicious and simple!!
