1. Cabbage was 1kg in half. I'm going to remove the dirty parts from the outer skin Cut it in half and remove the wickCut it into pieces.

4. While the cabbage is being pickled, prepare water kimchi soup and other ingredients
First of all, I'm preparing ingredients to grind in a blender
Cut a slice of radish, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, 1/2 apple, and 5 red peppers in a blender.
=> The radish was 5 cm in diameter and 2 cm in thickness.
=> Onions and apples were small. If it is large, add 1/3 each

5. Ingredients cut from No. 4 above and 10 garlics.I'm going to grind 3T of cold rice into a blender
A total of 2,600ml of bottled water is in cabbage kimchi. Use some of them to grind in a blender

6. Finishing Kimchi soup:
Pour the ground in the blender in a large bowl in number 5 above
Out of 2,600ml of bottled water, put the remaining water in a blender5T thick salt here (flowering salt available).Sugar 2T. Anchovy sauce 2T (can use sand lance sauce).Add 6T of red pepper powder and mix well. This becomes kimchi soup

7. Wash 1 cucumber and 3 cheongyang peppers clean and cut them like a screen.
I will put cucumbers and cheongyang peppers in kimchi with pickled cabbage

8. Wash the pickled cabbage two or three times for 40 minutes (you rummaged in the middle?) and drain it on a colander.

If you don't have cotton cloth, squeeze the ingredients out of the sieve~
Store this cabbage kimchi at room temperature for about a day and put it in the refrigerator when it smells ripe.
If it's bland, add salt Add bottled water if it's salty!!

=> You can add paprika instead of cucumbers. If you don't like spicy food, take out Cheongyang chili peppers
=> If you have chives, you can add chives when you add Cheongyang peppers~
=> Use purified water or bottled water for water
