Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water and boil them in a pot with beef (I frozen) soup
I poured water into a 2.5L pot

Beat soybean paste stew to taste and simmer over high heat for 5-7 minutes

In the meantime, cut zucchini, tofu, onion, green onion, and red pepper into small pieces
