STEP 1/9
Blanch the frank sausage in boiling water and save it.
STEP 2/9
Cut the edges of the bread.
STEP 3/9
Flatten the bread with a rolling pin. If you don't have a push stick, push it with a bottle (water bottle) etc.
STEP 4/9
Cut blanched sausages slightly shorter than the length of the bread.
It's okay if it's almost the same.
STEP 5/9
Beat in 2 to 3 eggs depending on the size and mix with a little salt.
STEP 6/9
Roll up Frankham with bread. If the end doesn't stick well, put egg wash on it. I just did it, but it was okay.
STEP 7/9
Roll the bread with egg water and bread crumbs twice.
STEP 8/9
Fry it golden in oil and place it on top of oil paper.
STEP 9/9
After inserting the wooden chopsticks,
Sprinkle white sugar and ketchup, and it's done
It's really good. It's also good for children's snacks or beer.
The taste of sausages is also important. It doesn't taste like bread at all, so I think I always bought it.
