Making Airfryer Baking Raspberry Green Tea Scones
I made green tea raspberry scones using an air fryer.

  • green tea powder

  • Baking powder

  • brown sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter
    70g
  • whipped cream
    100g
  • Raspberry
    80g
  • White chocolate
    80g
  • an egg yolk

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Sift the flour, green tea powder, and baking powder into a bowl.
STEP 2/8
Add brown sugar and a pinch of salt and mix.
STEP 3/8
Add the cold butter and rub with both hands to soak between the powders.
STEP 4/8
Add whipped cream and mix.
STEP 5/8
Add frozen raspberries and white chocolate and combine the dough into one.
STEP 6/8
After lumping the dough into one, cut it into the desired size.
STEP 7/8
Spread the egg yolk over the scones dough, place it in an air fryer preheated to 185 degrees, and bake it for 15-18 minutes.
STEP 8/8
When the scones cool down, melt the remaining white chocolate to decorate.
Make sure to preheat before baking with an air fryer.
