Celery leaves and thin stems at the top
Remove and wash thoroughly
My celery is small, so I'll eat about five

Clean celery is used to remove tough fibers

Cut it diagonally into two fingers.

Two eggs, two pinch of salt

Mix 1.5 oyster sauce to make seasoning.

Put minced garlic and a spoonful of cooking oil in a pan
Turn on low heat and stir-fry garlic so that it doesn't burn
When it smells like garlic
Add beaten eggs and heat to medium heat
Make it moist and scrambled

Add sliced celery and seasoning
Stir-fry it on high heat for about 3 minutes, and that's it.

If you make it a bit more boring
A bowl of food is good, too.

It's good to put chicken breast instead of eggs
If you add tofu or konjac rice
It's great as a diet dish
Crushed red pepper may look like an ordinary ingredient, but it tastes like stir-fried egg celery, so if you don't have it, try adding red pepper powder or cheongyang pepper powder
