It takes time to boil potatoes, so please start first. When half-cooked, wash the eggs and boil them with the potatoes. After cooking, transfer to a bowl, cool, and peel.

Chop the onions and put them in cold water to relieve the spiciness.

Defrost shrimp in lukewarm water and blanch them in boiling water. Blanch and bake in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic. Sprinkle pepper evenly.

Separate sliced ham into sheets, soak in hot water for about 30 seconds, and then rinse. Then strain it through a sieve.

Add mayonnaise and chopped onions to the peeled boiled potatoes and boiled eggs and mix well. When you make it into a sandwich, you can use it by chopping cucumbers here. Cucumber is used instead of bread or crackers for cucumber canape, so we didn't put cucumbers in it separately.

Prepare two sauces. Both lotus mustard sauce and lotus wasabi sauce go well with cucumber canapes. Mix the ingredients well.

Cut the cucumber diagonally wide. Cut it into thick pieces to make it easier to pick it up by hand. Please wash and prepare radish sprouts, too.

Place ham on top of cucumber, top with mashed potatoes and egg salad, then finish with shrimp, sauce, and radish.
**If you feel bored with the lightness, apply plenty of sauce on top of the cucumber, top with ham, and finish equally with salad-shrimp-sauce-free.
** Grilled shrimp minced garlic is also delicious as a topping on top of canapes. Add more to the baked minced garlic as a topping.
