Easy to make but expensive dessert "Panakota"
Panacotta is Italian milk pudding. Panacotta, which is commonly served as dessert at Lee Chaeri Restaurant It's a dessert that everyone enjoys and likes, and it's very easy to make.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Soak 4 grams of pan gelatin (2 sheets) in cold water for about 30 minutes.
For your information, one sheet of pan gelatin is 2 grams.

Cut the vanilla bean in half and scratch the filling with a knife.

Scrub 100 milk, 100 whipped cream, 20 sugar and 1 vanilla bean into a pot and never boil. Turn off the heat when the napkin is about to boil.
Vanilla bean is expensive, so you can replace it with a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Stir until gelatin melts and pour into the desired container.
