Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Oddy is effective in antioxidants such as anti-aging and delay in aging, and is very good for blood sugar reduction, cancer prevention, and blood vessels. Instead, it can cause abdominal pain in people with cold constitution, so don't eat too much!

Place mulberries in a large bowl as much as you have.
I weigh about 320 grams.
STEP 3/9
First, add 250-280g of sugar and melt it slightly together. (You can match the 1:1 ratio, but I'll put more sugar in the bottle later, so put less than the amount of mulberry and melt it.)

After mixing the sugar and mulberry, we will leave it at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour to melt the sugar, but when the mulberry was delivered, it melted a bit, so we added mulberry juice. When I added mulberry juice, it melted quickly.

Put all melted children in a hot sterilized glass bottle by mixing mulberry and sugar.
(For hot water disinfection, put a cotton cloth underneath and boil it with a glass bottle, wait for 5 minutes after it boils, and cool it down afterwards.)

When making mulberry syrup or mulberry wine, mulberry should be added and there should be some space to make it ferment and not overflow.

Put it all in and cover it with the remaining sugar that wasn't filled in 1:1 ratio.

I sealed it with a plastic bagged it.
You can leave it at room temperature for about 2 days and refrigerate it.
A day is fine in this weather.

I put as much mulberry syrup in cider as I want, and it's really good. I gave it to my acquaintances as a gift, and they said it was delicious even though I drank it in carbonated water.
(If I go to a cafe, I have to pay 6,000-7,000 won, but I can't believe I can spend a season of summer after making such a large amount at home. I already feel like I've saved money, so I'm dancing with my shoulders lol.)
