I don't have time, but it's a recipe that I often make when I want to eat it. A delicious bowl of rice is made with a little oyster sauce.

Ingredients
  • canned tuna
    1ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • Oyster sauce
    0.5T
  • Sugar
    1T
  • Sesame
    1T
  • egg
    2ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's a simple dish to prepare ingredients.
Cut the onion into big pieces.
I think a 1cm size would be perfect.
STEP 2/7
Open a can of tuna in a frying pan and pour it all out. You don't have to put cooking oil because of the palm oil in the tuna can.
STEP 3/7
Add chopped onions right away.
STEP 4/7
Add 1T of minced garlic.
STEP 5/7
Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, and 0.5T of oyster sauce and stir-fry well.
If there is no oyster sauce, it can be omitted.
Keep stirring and stir-fry well. Turn off the heat when you think the onion is cooked as it becomes transparent.
STEP 6/7
Lastly, if you sprinkle sesame seeds and put them in a bowl, it becomes a side dish of stir-fried tuna onions.
STEP 7/7
If you have a little more time, don't pop the egg yolk, make a fried egg, put rice in a bowl, put stir-fried tuna onion, and mix it with the yolk and eat it like a rice bowl.
