Season the blanched bean sprouts without rinsing them in cold water.
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt,
Add chopped carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds and mix well

Take out the non-spicy bean sprouts and put the rest of them in the seasoned bean sprouts
Add 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper powder and season it, and you're done with two versions of seasoned bean sprouts
Use a pot with a thick bottom
Cook on low heat as possible
I don't add water
