STEP 1/17
Transfer tofu to a large bowl and mash with a fork.

Chop green onions, onions, and carrots as if you are making an egg rolls.

I put more cheddar cheese than pizza cheese, so it didn't stretch out.. It was delicious!
You can sprinkle sriracha sauce or ketchup or I made cherry tomato fresh kimchi and ate it with it.
