STEP 1/8
Drain 100g of tofu.
STEP 2/8
Cut the dried pods into corners and make them into triangles.

Sprinkle tofu with 2 spoons of olive oil and 2 spoons of herb salt.

Lay the paper foil on top and lay it as non-overlapping as much as possible.

Cook in a 180 degree preheated oven for 5 minutes, turning it upside down 4-5 times.

If you grill only one plate without overlapping tofu, do it twice for 5 minutes each.

Let's cool it down for a bit.

Enjoy with Sriracha sauce.
It's more bland than I thought? It's too dark? That's what I think. The more you chew, the more savory it comes up and the lighter it is, the less it disappears like a crab(laughs)
I'm on a diet, but I think it'll be a very satisfying snack if I make it on a day when I really crave the crunchy texture of snacks!
