Place on a tray, discard the water in the bag, and rinse slightly under running water. This process alone greatly reduces the smell.

Wash the rice and hold the water back. I used a measuring cup for 3 cups of mixed grains, so I poured water according to the number of dividing lines inside.

Tap the tray to remove the water, pour it into the rice bowl, and start cooking with a multi-grain course!!

Cooking is doneWhen the alarm goes off, gently open the lid. The konjac rice is concentrated on the top, and it looks like it's cracked because it's not sticky, but it's okay.

Can you see the difference? The kernel looks smaller and more transparent than the grain of rice. My family didn't know what had changed and ate it deliciously as usual.
There are also dried grain products, and the ones in the water smell less. It's easy to manage because it's stored at room temperature. If it's your first time eating it, keep the amount of rice, and add a small amount of konjac rice. If I think it's okay, I can increase the weight, right? I'm almost half-and-half in proportion with white rice.
